After we have scanned your foot via sensors our computer software analyses, corrects or optimises the acquired 3D data which are then transmitted to the CNC milling cutter.
Milling
The corrected foot profile is then shaped and designed precisely layer per layer.

Grinding and sanding
After milling we individually finalise the orthotics with our grinding machine.
